The crinkle jacket is semi-fitted and has a kind of waistcoat effect in lace stitched into the front panels that buttons separately from the front. You could have the 'waistcoat' fastened and leave the front buttons undone if required. It is trimmed in the satin braid, crinkle satin and unusual buttons.
The skirt is slightly flared and has layers of ruffles in lace and trims of striped crinkle satin. It has a front zip and the 'waistband' is a deep striped crinkle satin.
