Vivace opened in Richmond upon Thames in 1989. Our aim was to bring interesting, good quality design to women in the size range 16-22. The choice of size 16+ clothing on the high street was quite poor at that time. Over time, after many requests, we introduced first size 14 and then size 12 to our range. Women who like to be individual discovered the shop and were upset that we did not do the smaller sizes.
Our customers came from all over the country. With this in mind, we have decided to concentrate on the internet.
